About the Role





As Manager – QHSE, you will own quality, health, safety, and environmental performance across multiple sites in the South Region, based in Chennai. You will translate FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, HIRA, EHS, client, and statutory requirements into practical operating systems that protect people, strengthen food safety, and improve service reliability. The role combines governance, audits, incident investigation, training, team leadership, reporting, and stakeholder management. You will work through site teams, corrective-action systems, risk controls, and management reviews to raise compliance and close recurring gaps. Key challenges include maintaining consistent standards across locations, building capability among frontline teams, and balancing client expectations with operational realities.
