Preferred candidate profile

Experience with Wireless, Telecom, RF, or Networking labs (if applicable).

Background in managing complex hardware testbeds.

Experience working in large scale development organizations.

Certification(s) in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or DevOps.

Experience in Agile environments.

Proven experience leading small to mid-sized engineering/DevOps teams.

10+ years of DevOps,0020SRE, or lab/infrastructure engineering experience.

Expertise in CI/CD platforms: Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, etc.

Strong Linux administration and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing).

Familiarity with monitoring tools

Solid communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
