Role Description
The CPaaS & WhatsApp Automation Expert will design, implement, and manage communication workflows using CPaaS platforms and WhatsApp automation tools to support marketing and customer engagement initiatives. This full-time, in office role in Ahmedabad involves configuring and maintaining automated messaging journeys, integrating APIs with CRM and other systems,



and ensuring reliable delivery and performance of campaigns.
