Role Purpose
The Executive Commercial shall be responsible for administering customer contracts, commercial documentation, customer onboarding, commercial compliance, and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of commercial commitments and for the FTWZ business.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Administration
- Prepare, review, and maintain customer agreements, sub-lease agreements, service agreements, amendments, addendums, and other commercial documents.
- Ensure execution, documentation, and archival of all commercial contracts in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain and update records of customer agreements, contract validity, renewals, amendments, customer commitments, and related commercial documentation in both physical and electronic formats.
- Monitor contractual obligations and coordinate timely renewals and extensions.

Customer Onboarding & Documentation




- Coordinate customer onboarding activities and ensure completion of all required documentation.
- Verify customer documentation and approvals prior to commencement of operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal approval processes and documentation requirements.

Customer Coordination
- Coordinate with customers, CHAs, freight forwarders, transporters, and internal teams for timely processing of EXIM transactions and related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain robust customer relationships through effective communication and service support.

MIS & Reporting
- Maintain customer databases, contract registers, occupancy records, and commercial trackers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
- Prepare periodic reports on billing, revenue, contract renewals, customer occupancy, and commercial performance.
