Position: Project Head - Vizag

Type: Full Time

Location: Vishakhapatnam (Vizag)

We are currently seeking a Project Head for our Green Hydrogen project based in Vizag. The Project Head will be responsible for supporting and driving centralized project planning, monitoring, and coordination. This role will involve schedule tracking, inter-department coordination, contractor performance monitoring, and management reporting. The Project Head will work closely with the site manager and field teams to ensure successful site execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Strong project planning, monitoring, and coordination capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or other similar tools.
- Develop and maintain master project schedules aligned with SCOD, connectivity milestones, and regulatory timelines.
- Track project progress across engineering, procurement, land, transmission, and construction streams.
- Identify schedule slippages, interface risks, and critical dependencies; propose corrective actions.




- Coordinate with HO teams and site teams, acting as the single point of coordination.
- Monitor contractual milestones, deliverables, and key dates as per EPC/OEM contracts.
- Track status of connectivity, GNA, charging, SCOD, and statutory approvals.
- Prepare project MIS dashboards for senior management and maintain project documentation.
- Identify cross-functional risks impacting project delivery and support issue resolution.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil preferred).
- 12-15 years of experience in project coordination/project management roles within renewable energy.
- Prior experience in PMO/project coordination/planning roles preferred.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong project tracking, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Valuable understanding of renewable project execution lifecycle.
- Working knowledge of CTU/STU c
