Role Overview:
- The Operations Manager will lead and optimize all operational aspects of Telefi teleradiology services, improving efficiency, service quality, and client retention across our growing network of diagnostic and hospital partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end teleradiology operations: case assignment, workflow routing, and report delivery tracking
- Drive improvement in Turnaround Time (TAT) for radiology reports across all modalities (X-Ray, CT, MRI, USG)
- Oversee radiologist scheduling and capacity planning to ensure 24x7 service availability
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and imaging labs for high retention
- Monitor operational KPIs (TAT, report accuracy, client SLAs) and implement corrective actions
- Design and implement SOPs for radiology workflow management
- Coordinate with the AI/tech team to integrate AI-assisted reporting tools into operations
- Handle client escalations and resolve service delivery issues proactively
- Manage onboarding of current clients and ensure seamless go-live
- Lead and mentor the operations team; prepare MIS dashboards for senior management
Candidate Profile:
- MBA in Operations Management is mandatory
- Prior clinical degree (MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BHMS) before MBA strongly preferred
- 5-10 years experience; prior teleradiology, diagnostics, or hospital operations experience highly desirable
- Knowledge of DICOM workflow, RIS/PACS systems is an added advantage
- Strong communication, client management, and leadership skills
