Job Title: Senior SEO Specialist

We’re hiring someone who can make organic search a predictable growth engine for healthcare practices — a strategist who operates where AI, data, and clinical marketing converge. You’ll own SEO for both Remedo’s website and the practices we serve, and you’ll build systems that compound over time.

What You'll Own:

Your Scope of Work

1. Lead SEO & AEO strategy end-to-end:

Own the full search strategy — technical audits, site hygiene, content clusters, growth loops, and on-page excellence — for Remedo and its client healthcare practices.

2. Drive website development & programmatic SEO:





Shape site structure, internal linking, page speed, schema, and scalability for both human visitors and crawlers. Build landing page systems that scale across specialties and cities.

3. Build AI-driven workflows:

Design AI-first processes using ChatGPT, LLM frameworks, and data enrichment tools for smarter keyword discovery, clustering, content mapping, and reporting automation.

4. Run content optimization pipelines:

Coordinate with writers, designers, and external agencies to ensure every asset is built to rank, convert, and compound. You set the brief. You own the outcome.

5. Own local SEO at scale:

Lead local search strategy across hundreds of clinic profiles — Google Business Profiles, citation consistency, review velocity, and near-me dominance for dentists, specialists, and multi-location groups.

6. Stay ahead of algorithms & SERP shifts:

Track updates and emerging trends — including AI Overv
