As the Global Digital Software Leader – R&D;, you will lead the global software engineering organization responsible for delivering the digital platforms and software capabilities that power the SRC portfolio. Reporting to the Head of R&D; for Sleep & Respiratory Care, you will define the software engineering strategy, build world-class engineering capabilities, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality software that enables innovative healthcare solutions.

As a member of the SRC R&D; Leadership Team, you will help shape the technology roadmap for the business while driving engineering excellence, organizational capability,



and digital transformation across a global engineering organization.

You are responsible for
- Defining and executing the global digital software engineering strategy for the Sleep & Respiratory Care business, aligned with Philips' innovation and business objectives.
- Leading a global digital software engineering organization through senior leaders, creating a high-performing culture focused on innovation, quality, and execution.
- Delivering end-to-end software development across the SRC portfolio, from architecture and development through release, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
- Driving engineering excellence through modern software development practices, Agile ways of working, and continuous improvement.
- Building and developing a diverse global engineering organization by attracting, coaching, and growing exceptional talent.
