Qualification: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor quality of work and maintain safety standards at the site.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, vendors, and labour teams.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
- Manage material requirements and ensure proper utilization.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth execution of construction work.
- Inspect work regularly to maintain quality and compliance with company standards.
Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
Salary: Best as per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
