Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct lectures, tutorials, and lab sessions to students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Guide research projects of Ph.D. scholars and supervise their progress.
- Participate in curriculum development, evaluation, and review processes.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master's degree (MBA) preferably with Business Aanlytics specialization or Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Management.
- Minimum 1-5 years of teaching experience at academic institutions or industry organizations.
- Strong expertise in analytics tools such as Excel, SPSS, SAS; ability to develop creative teaching methods using technology-based platforms.
