with expertise in RCC reinforcement detailing and steel quantity optimization? Join

and contribute to the successful execution of large-scale residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for RCC structures.

Interpret structural and reinforcement drawings.

Coordinate with structural consultants, project engineers, and site teams.

Optimize steel quantities to minimize wastage and improve cost efficiency.

Prepare steel quantity take-offs, reconciliation statements, and progress reports.

Support reinforcement fabrication, cutting, bending, and site execution.

Ensure compliance with project specifications and relevant IS codes.

Requirements:





B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

4–8 years of experience in BBS preparation and reinforcement detailing.

Solid knowledge of RCC structures and steel quantity estimation.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla Structures, and Advanced Microsoft Excel.

Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects is preferred.
