Role Description
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide overall strategic leadership and direction for Bihareduconnect, ensuring its mission of simplifying student counseling and admissions is realized. This full-time, in office role is based in Agartala and involves overseeing daily operations, managing senior leaders, and aligning departmental activities with long-term organizational goals. The CEO will develop and implement business strategies, drive growth initiatives,



and build partnerships with educational institutions, government bodies, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include setting performance targets, monitoring financial health, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining a culture of integrity, inclusion, and continuous improvement. The CEO will also represent Bihareduconnect publicly, advocate for students’ needs, and report regularly to the board on performance, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications
- Strong strategic leadership skills, including Strategic Planning and Business Planning, with a track record of setting and executing long-term vision.
- Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management, with the ability to design, optimize, and scale processes that improve service delivery.
- Solid understanding of Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight to ensure sustainable growth.
- Proven experience in Sales and relationship
