Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end UI/UX for SaaS, CRM, ERP, or other B2B products
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into logical user flows and intuitive product experiences
- Identify user pain points and craft scalable, user-centered design solutions that enhance overall usability
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis,
user interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to break down complex requirements into efficient design solutions
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle
- Ensure design consistency and quality across all product modules
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Product Design / UI-UX Design
- Prior experience designing SaaS, CRM, ERP, or B2B products preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
