Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Valion’s client base across its real estate and property management offerings. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with HNI and institutional clients,



and presenting tailored investment and property solutions. The Business Development Manager will conduct market and competitor analysis, prepare business proposals and presentations, and collaborate closely with advisory, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-quality service. Daily activities include client meetings, follow-ups, pipeline management, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools to ensure transparent reporting and measurable results.

Qualifications
- Proven business development and sales skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and deal closure.
