GlitrAI is hiring a person to help setup, manage and engage a discord server for our tech startup. Ideally, if he is interested in AI engineering, it would be better because the product is very AI-technical. Role will be paid and remote

Responsiblities will be like

Day-to-day moderation & operations
- Keep the server safe, organized, and running smoothly.

Community engagement
- Keep the community active, welcoming, and having fun.

Product & support bridge
- Connect users to the product team and vice versa.

Content & communications
- Keep members informed with explicit, timely updates.

Feedback loop to the company
- Turn community insight into signal the company can act on.

Strategy & growth




- Build the systems that let the community scale sustainably. invite and grow the discord community

AI-startup-specific flavor
- Support a technical, fast-moving audience through constant change.

Other Pointers

1. Role will be fully remote. This will be a 1 month internship with scope for extension to 3 months.
2. Stipend will be 15,000 per month. There will be additional incentive payout of upto 5,000 based on some performance goals.
3. Will require 6 hours work during the evening-late night timings
