Role & responsibilities
- Monitor network performance and system alerts using monitoring tools
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues in a timely manner
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or relevant teams
- Maintain logs of network activities, incidents, and resolutions
- Coordinate with internal teams and service providers for issue resolution
- Perform routine checks on network devices, servers, and connectivity
- Ensure uptime and availability of network services
Assist in network maintenance and upgrades
Preferred candidate profile
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Understanding of routers, switches, and firewalls
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools is a plus
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24x7 setting)
