About PANHA
PANHA is a mental health startup working to make emotional support more accessible through peer support and professional counseling. We're building a community where asking for help is simple, safe, and stigma-free.

We're looking for 10 Field Marketing Interns to join our team in Gurugram. If you enjoy meeting new people, being out in the field, and bringing ideas to life, this internship will give you the opportunity to learn marketing through real campaigns—not simulations.

This is a hybrid, unpaid internship combining on-ground marketing with remote collaboration.

What You'll Do
- Execute offline marketing campaigns across Gurugram.
- Represent PANHA during outreach activities and brand activations.
- Engage with people and introduce them to PANHA's services.
- Capture photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes content from campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to turn creative ideas into real experiences.
- Share campaign insights and help improve future initiatives.

What We're Looking For




- Someone who enjoys talking to people and building connections
- .Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- .Comfortable working in dynamic, on-ground environments
- .Curious, proactive, and willing to take initiative
- .Interested in marketing, branding, content creation, or community engagement
- .Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree is preferred but not required
