Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to promote and sell our business software solutions, including Tally, Bitrix24, ERP Wave, and SAP Business One. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, conducting product presentations, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online channels.
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the sales team.
- Maintain customer information and sales activities in CRM software.
- Coordinate with implementation and support teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Required Skills:
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of ERP, accounting, CRM, and business management software.
- Experience in B2B sales or software sales is preferred.
- Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, software sales, or ERP sales.
