Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR operations at our diagnostic center. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for medical, paramedical, and administrative staff.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
- Complete employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training, and performance reviews.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain confidential records.
- Manage exit formalities,



full-and-final settlements, and documentation.
- Support management in implementing HR policies and administrative activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management is preferred.
- 13 years of HR experience, preferably in a hospital or diagnostic center.

Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Candidate
- Female candidate preferred.
- Experience in hospitals, diagnostic centers, or healthcare organizations is an added advantage.
