Role & responsibilities

Corporate Relations & Business Development
- Build and strengthen relationships with national and international corporate organizations across industries.
- Identify and onboard new recruiters for campus placements.
- Develop long-term partnerships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, CXOs, and business leaders.
- Conduct regular corporate visits to promote the institution and its talent pool.
- Generate current placement opportunities through networking, referrals, alumni, and industry associations.

Campus Placement Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Summer Internship Placements (SIP) and Final Placement processes.
- Schedule campus recruitment drives, pre-placement talks, interviews, assessment centers, and group discussions.
- Coordinate with recruiters regarding hiring requirements, job descriptions, compensation, and interview schedules.
- Ensure smooth execution of both virtual and on-campus recruitment activities.
- Maintain placement calendars and communicate timelines effectively.

Student Development & Career Services




- Guide students on career planning and employment opportunities.
- Conduct placement orientation sessions.
- Coordinate resume-building workshops, mock interviews, aptitude training, and group discussion sessions.
- Assist students in identifying suitable career paths based on their skills and aspirations.
- Track student readiness and recommend developmental interventions.

Industry Engagement
- Organize industry interactions including guest lectures, leadership talks, corporate conclaves, seminars, webinars, and networking events.
- Facilitate live projects, consulting assignments, internships, and industry immersion programs.
- Collaborate with faculty for industry-academia initiatives.

Placement Operations
- Maintain an updated database of recruiters, alumni, students, and placement statistics.
- Prepare placement reports and analytics for management.
- Track placement progress and ensure achievement
