Content Strategist & Visual Creator
who can shape our brand voice while producing stunning visuals that educate, inspire, and convert.

Appreciated who is ready to work with additional capabilities:
part strategist, part creator. You’ll lead content planning and storytelling while also shooting, editing, and crafting high‑impact video and photography.
If you’ve worked with beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or personal care brands and know how to captivate audiences across platforms, we’d love to meet you.

What You'll Do
- Develop content strategy
to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Lead storytelling
across Instagram, YouTube, Website, CRM, Paid Ads, Marketplaces, and Product Launches.
- Capture visuals
through product photography, lifestyle shoots, and behind‑the‑scenes content.
- Produce and edit videos
including Reels, tutorials, campaigns, and UGC‑style clips.




- Simplify skincare science
into engaging, consumer‑first narratives.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally
with Brand, Marketing, Influencer, Product, Design, and Ecommerce teams.
- Stay ahead of trends
in beauty, social media formats, creator culture, and consumer behavior.
- Analyze content performance
to optimize engagement, reach, conversions, and business impact.
- Mentor creative teams
while actively contributing to content creation.

What We're Looking For

✔ 5–8 years in Content Strategy, Content Marketing, or Creative Production.

âś” Mandatory experience with Beauty, Skincare, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Lifestyle D2C brands.

âś” Robust portfolio showcasing video, photography, and editing skills.

âś” Expertise in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop.

âś” Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and content planning skills.

âś” Deep understanding of Instagram, You
