Role Description
The Social Media Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and alignment with campaign objectives. This role involves managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement,



monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on data insights. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop content strategies, coordinate with designers and copywriters, and support influencer and performance marketing initiatives. Daily responsibilities also include community management, responding to comments and messages, and staying current with platform trends and best practices.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
