We are looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to handle online customer inquiries, generate new business, and increase sales.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website, WhatsApp, and email.
- Contact customers, understand their requirements, and send quotations.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert them into orders.
- Maintain customer records in CRM software.
- Coordinate sample dispatch and negotiate prices.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities through online platforms.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and email.
- Experience with IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of online marketing and lead generation.
- Graduate with 1–3 years of experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
