We're Hiring: HR Recruiter – AI & Data Talent Acquisition

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a proven background in hiring talent for AI and data-driven projects.

Required Recruitment Experience:

•⁠ ⁠AI/LLM Training

•⁠ ⁠Data Annotation & Data Labeling

•⁠ ⁠Multilingual & Localization Projects

•⁠ ⁠Prompt Engineering

•⁠ ⁠AI Evaluation / QA / RLHF (preferred)

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠1+ years of core recruitment/talent acquisition experience in the above domains.

•⁠ ⁠Solid sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.

•⁠ ⁠Experience hiring AI professionals, annotators, linguists, prompt engineers, and AI evaluators.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent screening and stakeholder management skills.

Salary- 25k-35k(depends on the experience)
