Role Description
The Senior Project Designer is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the design and documentation of projects that support Superfan’s product and brand experience. This role involves developing space plans and architectural concepts, preparing construction drawings, and coordinating detailed submittals for partners and vendors as needed. The Senior Project Designer will collaborate with product, design,



and operations teams to translate requirements into clear design solutions, ensuring consistency with Superfan’s visual identity and user experience standards. Day-to-day work includes managing project timelines, organizing design workflows, reviewing technical documentation, and communicating with stakeholders to resolve design issues. The role also includes monitoring design quality, aligning project deliverables with strategic goals, and providing guidance to junior team members or external collaborators.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Architecture and Space Planning, with the ability to develop functional, user-centered design solutions.
- Strong skills in Construction Drawings and Submittals, including preparing accurate documentation and coordinating technical details.
- Proven Project Management abilities, such as planning schedules, managing resources, and delivering projects on time and within scope.
