What You'll Do

Build and maintain business dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and Excel.

* Analyze D2C business metrics including Revenue, ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, MER, Conversion Rate, and Customer Retention.

* Deliver actionable insights across Marketing, CRM, Ecommerce, Finance, and Operations.

* Develop automated reporting systems and data pipelines to eliminate manual reporting.

* Build predictive models for sales forecasting, inventory planning, customer behavior, and marketing performance.

* Integrate data from Shopify,



Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, CRM platforms, and other business tools.

* Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) to automate workflows, generate business insights, and improve operational efficiency.

* Create executive dashboards that enable leadership to make faster, data-driven decisions.

* Ensure data accuracy, governance, and reporting consistency across the organization.

* Work closely with Growth, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and Leadership teams.

What We're Looking For

✔️
3–6 years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.

✔️ Experience in D2C, Ecommerce, Retail, FMCG, or Consumer Brands preferred.

✔️ Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and ETL processes.

✔️ Hands-on experience with Shopify Analytics, GA4, and digital marketing analytics.
