Role Description
The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for managing end-to-end hiring for Aspen Hospitality.



Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes for various roles across resorts and corporate functions. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, posting job openings, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruitment Specialist will also support onboarding activities, contribute to recruitment-related training, maintain accurate recruitment records, and help improve hiring practices to align with the company’s service standards and growth plans.

Qualifications
- Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in the similar role.
