Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Technical Assistant role based in Mumbai. The Technical Assistant will support project teams by coordinating technical documentation, assisting with site-related queries, and maintaining records of project specifications and progress. Responsibilities include providing technical support to internal stakeholders, gathering and analyzing data related to construction activities, and preparing reports or summaries for management. The role involves liaising with vendors and consultants, supporting quality checks, and helping resolve day-to-day technical issues.



The Technical Assistant will collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and customer-facing teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Strong technical assistance and technical support skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve routine issues.
- Analytical skills for data collection, review, and reporting related to project performance and technical documentation.
- Clear and professional communication skills for collaborating with project teams, vendors, and customers.
- Customer service mindset, with the ability to respond promptly and effectively to inquiries and concerns.
- Familiarity with construction or real estate project environments; experience in infrastructure or high-rise projects is an advantage.
