Key Responsibilities:
Operations Configuration
- Own the end-to-end setup and execution of Dineout, including spotlights, banners, open collections, and Experience Points (XPs).
- Ensure timely and accurate implementation across all verticals while maintaining high operational standards.




Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Design, Content, Engineering, Product, and Business teams to deliver updates within defined timelines.
- Maintain operational discipline and ensure alignment with business goals and launch schedules.
Layout & Widget Management
- Manage and continuously enhance widgets and vertical layouts to improve visibility, user engagement, and platform consistency.
- Drive updates to cluster and homepage widgets based on evolving business requirements.
Quality Control
- Conduct thorough QA checks on data, creative IDs, and event configurations.
- Minimize errors and ensure high-quality content delivery and seamless user experience.
Business Planning & Stakeholder Communication
- Participate in business planning discussions and manage stakeholder communications.
