This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy guiding aspiring professionals, understanding their career goals, and helping them choose the right career support services while maximizing their earning potential.

As a Career Advisor, you will connect with qualified leads, understand their career aspirations, recommend suitable services, address objections, and help candidates make informed decisions through phone calls, video meetings, and digital communication channels.

This is a 100% commission-based remote chance designed for high-performing professionals who are motivated by performance-based rewards and unlimited earning potential.

Location: Remote – India

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST (Monday to Saturday)

Compensation: 100% Performance-Based Commission

On-Target Earnings (OTE): ₹48,000 – ₹72,000 per month

Top Performers: ₹1,00,000+ per month

Key Responsibilities





Contact and follow up with qualified leads generated through marketing campaigns.

Understand candidates' career goals, skills, and job search challenges.

Recommend suitable career support services based on individual needs.

Conduct career consultation sessions through phone calls, video meetings, and digital communication channels.

Explain service offerings, pricing, and benefits while confidently handling objections.

Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates.

Consistently achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.

Maintain accurate candidate records and update the CRM system.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Follow up with prospective candidates to maximize conversions.

Continuously improve product knowledge, career guidance techniques, and sales skills.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

Excellent verbal and written
