Job Summary
Synechron seeks a seasoned Datacentre Operations & IT Infrastructure Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead end-to-end datacentre operations and complex IT infrastructure initiatives. This role combines robust hands-on expertise in data center management with strategic program management, governance, and cross-functional leadership. The TPM will oversee rack and stack, server hardware, virtualization, storage, network infrastructure, and datacentre modernization efforts while coordinating with internal teams, OEMs, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Software Requirements
Required Skills (Essential)
- Deep knowledge of datacentre operations and IT infrastructure management, including rack & stack, cabling, power and cooling, asset tracking, and facilities monitoring
- Strong experience with Windows and Linux/Unix server administration; virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Proficiency in server hardware lifecycle management and hardware maintenance planning




- Broad network infrastructure understanding (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls)
- Experience with storage, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
- ITIL-based service delivery experience (incident, change, problem, and service management)
- Solid vendor and stakeholder management capabilities; ability to manage cross-location teams
- Proven project management discipline with the ability to develop, maintain, and communicate project plans and roadmaps
- Ability to prepare and manage high-level estimates and assist with capacity planning
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and hybrid cloud integrations
- IT certifications related to data centers, virtualization, cloud, or ITIL (e.g., VMware, ITIL, CISSP)
