About the role
Yashaamm Fashions runs a multi-brand ethnic fashion business across marketplaces and D2C. Our own brand Sarha sells on sarha.in and across marketplaces, alongside our other labels on Myntra, Nykaa and Amazon. Our team is spread across cities: operations in Surat, merchandising in Jaipur, and growth consultants in Bangalore.
We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to sit in our Mumbai office and become the on-ground hub that keeps this engine running. You will work directly with the Director on a daily basis, coordinate across the wider team, and personally own the operations of our marketplaces and D2C website (sarha.in). This is a hands-on execution role with real ownership, built for someone who wants to grow with the business as it scales.
What you will own
• Shopify / sarha.in operations: order processing, warehouse coordination for dispatch, website banner updates and content refresh, product listings and catalogue upkeep.
The running of the store is yours.
• Marketplace coordination: work in sync with the operations team on Myntra, Nykaa and Amazon for listings, pricing inputs, returns and dispatch flow.
• Cross-team coordination: be the single point of contact in Mumbai connecting merchandising (Jaipur), operations (Surat) and the growth consultants (Bangalore). Keep everyone aligned and moving.
• Planning and execution rhythm: turn plans into daily execution, track what is pending across channels, and flag risks early before they become problems.
• Reporting: maintain clear daily and weekly operational visibility for the Director.
Who we are looking for
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on ecommerce experience across marketplaces, ideally with some Shopify / D2C exposure.
