Job Summary

Sigachi Industries is seeking an experienced Chemist with hands-on expertise in Gas Chromatography (GC) analysis for its Quality Control Laboratory at the Dahej (Working under Sigachi at client location - Third Party) manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for performing analytical testing, ensuring compliance with GMP requirements, and maintaining laboratory documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and non-routine analysis using Gas Chromatography (GC).
- Conduct testing of raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and stability samples.
- Prepare analytical reports and maintain laboratory records as per GMP/GLP requirements.
- Operate, calibrate,



and maintain GC instruments and associated laboratory equipment.
- Review chromatograms and ensure accurate interpretation of analytical results.
- Prepare and standardize reagents, solutions, and reference standards.
- Participate in method validation, method transfer, and troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and laboratory safety requirements.
- Investigate Out of Specification (OOS) and Out of Trend (OOT) results as required.
- Maintain proper documentation, logbooks, worksheets, and analytical data records.
- Support regulatory audits, customer audits, and internal quality audits.

Required Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of Gas Chromatography (GC).
- Experience in pharmaceutical, API, excipient, or chemical QC laboratories.
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, data integrity, and laboratory documentation practices.
- Ability to interpret chromatographic data and troubleshoot analytical issues
