Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer to build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Node.js, microservices architecture, relational databases, event-driven systems, Docker, CI/CD, and Git, while collaborating effectively with frontend and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production-grade backend applications using Python (FastAPI, Django) and Node.js (Express.js, NestJS).
- Design and implement scalable microservices and event-driven architectures for distributed applications.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.
- Design, maintain, and optimize MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
- Implement asynchronous messaging using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS/SNS.
- Build, automate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable application deployment.




- Containerize applications using Docker Desktop to ensure consistent local development environments.
- Collaborate with frontend teams working on React.js or Angular for seamless API integration.
- Manage source code, branching strategies, and code reviews using Git.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and follow software engineering best practices.

Required Skills
- Robust proficiency in Python and Node.js.
- Experience with FastAPI, Django, Express.js, and NestJS.
- Solid understanding of Microservices, Distributed Systems, and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS/SNS.
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
- Familiarity with React.js or Angular integration.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
