About the Role

Aarambh News is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Media Revenue & Business Development Manager who has strong knowledge of the media industry, public relations (PR), advertising, sponsorships, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate should be capable of bringing current business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue through various channels.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement revenue growth strategies for Aarambh News.

* Generate revenue through advertising sales, sponsorships, and brand collaborations.

* Build relationships with corporate clients, advertising agencies, PR firms, and government organizations.

* Identify and create new revenue streams across digital, social media, website, YouTube, and other platforms.

* Secure sponsored content, event partnerships, and promotional campaigns.





* Explore opportunities for media partnerships and business expansion.

* Negotiate contracts and close high-value business deals.

* Monitor market trends and identify emerging revenue opportunities.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum 3 years of experience in Media Sales, Business Development, Advertising, PR, or Revenue Management.

* Strong network within the media, advertising, and corporate sectors.

* Proven track record of generating revenue and closing business deals.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Good understanding of digital media, YouTube monetization, website advertising, and social media marketing.

* Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
