Role Description
The Wedding Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of weddings from initial consultation through event completion. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with in-house vendors and service teams, managing timelines and checklists, and ensuring that all elements such as decor, catering,



entertainment, photography, and guest services align with client expectations. The role involves conducting client meetings, translating requirements into actionable plans, and monitoring budgets and logistics to ensure seamless event flow. The Wedding Coordinator will handle on-site supervision during events, resolve any operational issues quickly, and maintain clear communication with clients, guests, and team members. This position requires a strong focus on service quality, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple events and tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Wedding Planning and Event Planning skills, with experience coordinating multiple wedding functions and ceremonies.
