Unlike a T-shape generalist, the M-shape profile ensures the engineer can independently own end-to-end features, lead technical decisions on both sides of the stack, and mentor others across disciplines. About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with an M-shape profile to join our engineering team. With 8+ years of experience, you will own the design and delivery of complex, end-to-end features — architecting robust Java-based backend services while crafting high-performance, user-centric React frontends. You will play a key role in driving technical standards, mentoring engineers, and contributing to architectural decisions across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot,



following microservices and distributed system principles.
- Build responsive, accessible, and performant frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, and contemporary JavaScript best practices.
- Own end-to-end feature delivery — from database schema and API design through to UI implementation and testing.
- Architect and review solutions across both frontend and backend, ensuring consistency, scalability, and maintainability.
- Design and optimise data models across relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment across environments.
