About the Role

Young Edsplorer is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
International Travel Operations Executive
to manage the end-to-end planning and execution of international educational and group travel programs.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in
International Travel Operations
and should be well-versed in handling international hotel bookings, airline reservations, attraction ticketing, itinerary planning, visa coordination, travel insurance, and vendor management. The role requires close coordination with international suppliers, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), hotels, airlines, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of every departure.

Candidates with experience limited to domestic travel operations will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities




- Plan and coordinate end-to-end international educational and group tours.
- Design and curate detailed international travel itineraries based on client requirements.
- Handle international hotel bookings, room allocations, meal plans, and special requests.
- Coordinate international flight bookings and group airline reservations.
- Manage travel insurance, visa documentation, passport requirements, and travel-related documentation.
- Book international attractions, theme parks, museums, sightseeing experiences, transportation, and activities.
- Coordinate with international DMCs, hotels, airlines, transport providers, and attraction partners.
- Negotiate rates and maintain solid relationships with international vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare operational documents including rooming lists, passenger manifests, departure schedules, and travel kits.
