Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
2. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
3. Build and leverage a strong candidate database for current and future hiring needs.
4. Conduct structured screening, coordinate interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
5. Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and achieve timely closures.
6. Maintain recruitment data using ATS and MS Excel while meeting hiring targets.

Eligibility:
1. Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
2.



MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
3. Candidates based in Mumbai, Pune, Bhubaneswar, or Kolkata preferred.
4. Experience hiring for Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, or FMCG will be an advantage.

Desired Skills:
1. Expertise in sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management.
2. Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, and MS Excel.
3. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
4. Ability to work independently with high ownership in a remote workplace.
