Required Skills
- Strong experience in Mainframe Application Managed Services (AMS).
- Hands-on expertise in:
- IMS DB/DC
- CICS
- DB2
- Netron
- Good understanding of JCL, COBOL, and Mainframe production support processes.
- Experience with incident management and service management tools.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or other enterprise environments.
- ITIL knowledge or certification is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
