We are looking for Field Technicians to install and configure routers at customer locations. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge, be comfortable traveling to customer sites, and ensure smooth installation with excellent customer service.
Freshers with practical knowledge of router installation are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure Wi-Fi routers at customer premises.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and connectivity testing.
- Visit assigned customer locations as per the daily schedule.
- Update installation status through the mobile application/reporting system.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned installations.
- Educate customers on basic router usage when required.
- Maintain qualified behavior and deliver excellent customer service.
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI, Diploma,
or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Freshers with hands-on knowledge of router installation can apply.
- Basic understanding of networking, broadband, telecom, electrical work, CCTV, DTH, or device installation.
- Must own an Android smartphone.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
