We are looking for a highly skilled Azure Data Engineer / Analytics Lead to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and managing scalable, high-performance data platforms. You will leverage the full suite of Microsoft Azure and Fabric tools to transform complex, heterogeneous data into actionable business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Modeling & Integration: Design and implement robust data models to ingest data from diverse source systems. Perform complex analysis of heterogeneous source data and write advanced SQL scripts to integrate disparate datasets.
- Platform Engineering: Build and optimize end-to-end data warehouse and lakehouse architectures using Azure Synapse Analytics and Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and Real-Time Analytics).
- Analytics & Visualization: Develop and deploy interactive, high-impact dashboards in Power BI. Build sophisticated semantic models using DAX,



and optimize performance through aggregations, incremental refresh, and DirectQuery.
- Security & Governance: Implement strict data governance standards, including Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Automation: Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate deployment, management, and maintenance tasks across the data ecosystem.

Mandatory Skills (Top 3)
- Azure Data Ecosystem: Deep hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Core Development: Robust command of Python, PySpark, and SQL.
