● Source, screen, and recruit hospitality professionals for placement across Eatitude's client restaurants.

● Build and maintain a strong candidate database through daily outreach, referrals, and networking.

● Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding to ensure successful candidate placement.

● Develop long-term relationships with hospitality professionals and become a trusted point of contact for career opportunities.
● Source hospitality candidates through calls, referrals, social media, job portals, and field networking.

● Conduct preliminary screening calls and assess candidate suitability for client requirements.

● Maintain an updated recruitment database by adding a minimum of 10 qualified candidates per working day.

● Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates until joining, and ensure successful placement at client locations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
