The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across social media platforms, aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Daily tasks include assisting in social media content creation, monitoring engagement, analyzing basic performance metrics, and suggesting ideas to improve reach and interaction. The intern will collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and digital initiatives. This is an on-site internship role based in Mangaluru, offering hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing within a creative agency environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube) and basic analytics tools.




- Ability to create simple visual assets or collaborate effectively with designers (knowledge of Canva or similar tools is an advantage).
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site team environment.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.

Growth Opportunity
The first month will serve as a performance review period and will be a non stipend internship phase, focused on learning, practical exposure, and demonstrating capability in the role.

Based on performance, commitment, and contribution during this period, candidates will be transitioned into a paid internship or full time opportunity from the following month onward.
