Basic Purpose:

Under the direction, guidance, and oversight of the Senior Director Finance Systems the Senior Oracle EPM Functional Consultant will help drive the strategic direction of Finance Operations by leading process improvement and transformation across Oracle EPM platforms. This role will support financial consolidation, tax reporting, account reconciliation, and enterprise data management by reviewing existing Oracle and non-Oracle processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, controls, and user experience,



and executing approved enhancements.

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a senior functional lead for Oracle EPM solutions, with primary expertise in FCCS, TRCS, ARCS, and EDMCS.
- Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle EPM applications to support financial consolidation, tax reporting, account reconciliation, and master data governance.
- Review current-state business processes across Oracle and non-Oracle systems and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, automation, and user experience.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, process flows, fit-gap assessments, and functional design specifications.
- Support and lead conference room pilots, solution workshops, system testing, user acceptance testing, and production cutover activities.
