Pierian s Retail vertical is expanding to meet this demand, and this role sits at the centre of that growth.
The Opportunity
This is a principal solutioning role with end-to-end ownership from the first client conversation through to solution sign-off and onboarding completion. As Retail Solutions Architect, you will own the design, commercialisation, and transition architecture for Pierian s Retail vertical pursuits in India.
You will work with Pierian s BD and Pre-Sales teams to respond to complex client briefs from Indian and global retail businesses designing FAO, BPM, GBS, and GCC solutions that are commercially credible, operationally sound, and built to be delivered. You will architect the client onboarding journey for each current win, ensuring that what was sold is what gets implemented, and that the transition experience sets the foundation for a long-term relationship.
You will work directly with Pierian s senior leadership, Delivery Leads, and BD teams owning the solution from first discovery through contract, and remaining accountable through the transition phase.
