The Role
We are looking for a Buying Professional to execute sourcing activities for indirect categories, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and timely delivery of sourcing projects.





Location- Navi Mumbai – Pawne

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute RFx (RFI/RFQ/RFP) events using eSourcing platforms
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers
- Perform bid analysis and support supplier selection decisions
- Coordinate negotiations in alignment with category strategies
- Ensure sourcing compliance and documentation

Specific Focus Areas Include:
- RFx event management and supplier communication
- Bid comparison and cost analysis
- Savings tracking and reporting
- Contract documentation support
- Stakeholder coordination and approvals

Requirements:
- Experience in sourcing/procurement (indirect categories preferred)
- Knowledge of eSourcing tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa)
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
