We are looking for a
dynamic HR Executive
to manage workforce operations at our warehouse in Ludhiana. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage daily
worker attendance & manpower tracking
- Handle onboarding & documentation
of warehouse staff
- Maintain
HRMS / attendance records
- Coordinate with supervisors for shift planning & manpower requirement
- Ensure discipline and compliance
at the warehouse
- Handle basic
employee queries & support

Requirements:
- Minimum
Graduate (HR preferred)
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)
- Basic knowledge of attendance management / HR operations
- Positive communication & coordination skills
- Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment
