Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Central Inventory Controller to drive centralized inventory management across multiple manufacturing locations. This role will be responsible for optimizing Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) inventory levels, reducing working capital, improving inventory health, and ensuring uninterrupted material availability while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Analytics & Reporting




- Prepare and maintain inventory MIS, dashboards, and performance reports for RM and PM inventory.
- Publish weekly and monthly inventory reports and KPIs.
- Develop and monitor 3-month inventory projections.
- Track inventory receipt and consumption against plan.
- Review and update safety stock parameters periodically.
- Analyze safety stock adherence and inventory performance.
- Maintain SAP Material Master data accuracy.
- Conduct write-off, non-moving, slow-moving, near-expiry, and blocked stock analysis.
- Drive monthly inventory reviews with actionable recommendations.

Inventory Control & Optimization
- Lead initiatives for liquidation of non-moving and slow-moving inventory.
- Identify and execute inter-plant stock transfers to optimize inventory utilization.
- Coordinate with Procurement and external partners for disposal or sale of obsolete inventory.
