Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Solution Sales Specialist to own and grow strategic enterprise accounts and lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals end to end. This is a senior, consultative, value-driven sales role for someone who can operate independently as a trusted advisor to CXO-level buyers,



run L1 technical conversations without leaning on pre-sales for every interaction, and translate business priorities into Celebal's offerings across Data Engineering, Cloud Modernisation, Enterprise Automation, SAP data monetisation, and AI-led transformation. Beyond individual quota, the role is expected to mentor junior sellers and help shape go-to-market motions as the practice scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full sales lifecycle for strategic and Fortune 500 accounts — from prospecting and discovery through solutioning, commercial negotiation, and closure — carrying an individual revenue quota.

• Independently lead L1 technical and solution conversations, engaging pre-sales and delivery only for deeper technical input, and act as the primary point of trust for the client.

• Drive complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with longer cycles and larger deal sizes, orchestrating internal and partner resources
